my pitch for a phineas and ferb-themed ride at the disney parks (hire me disney you cowards)

the queue is an interior building with pnf-themed decorations. kinda like the figment ride in epcot, a lot of it is winding through a "museum" of pnf and/or doof inventions. most of those inventions disappeared of course, so they're models, parts in glass cases, etc. overhead are tv monitors that play a shuffled loop of phineas and ferb songs, but bc there are so many good songs they can use it hopefully won't get repetitive unless you're there for nine hours. the exception to this is one small part of the queue (small to avoid people being stuck there too long) where it exclusively plays the quirky worky song and you see the pnf gang building the ride you're about to go on, either as statues/figures or through a "screen" that shows looping animation

you get onto the coaster car from the first episode as phineas, baljeet or isabella reads the safety spiel over the loudspeaker. actually as i'm typing this it might be fun to loop each of the backyard gang doing their own version that'd be cute

the ride takes off and you hear the vamp from the "rollercoaster" song as you're loading in.

once inside, the ride is styled like epcot's guardians of the galaxy ride, where you're on a track looping through a mix of screens and sets. the first part plays more of the "rollercoaster" song as you run through the "coolest coaster ever" scenes.

miscellaneous room/scene ideas: fireside girl action segment, carpe diem room, obviously a space segment w/ meap and queen candace and the catu aliens, obligatory scary bit through the haunted house, rock concert w/ love handel, backyard beach/atlantis, owca headquarters, 2nd dimension bit (might be too confusing for new fans?), relatively normal area where candace is gesturing wildly to a linda animatronic that won't turn around and see the rollercoaster car, idk a hamster & gretel segment or smth

a little bit in, you hear a beep and a call for agent p. a small animatronic of perry rises from the front of the car as you enter a tunnel, where a screen of major monogram tells perry to get his ass to doofenshmirtz evil incorporated to fight doof. perry salutes and slides back down into the car, and the ride then takes a "wrong track" (kinda like when you run into a "broken track" on everest) to DEI.

we go inside and see animatronics of perry fighting doof as an inator sparks. it goes off, sending us down yet another "wrong track," which shoots through wilder parts of danville. at the climax, we start looping and the climax of the "rollercoaster" song starts playing ("we're rightside-up and upside-down...")

at the end of the ride, we see an animatronic/animation of doof hanging upside-down from rope as perry glares at him cross-armed, and doof intermittently yells "curse you, perry the platypus!" on a screen, monogram congratulates the riders for saving the tri-state area with agent p. perry makes platypus noise.

you go to another room, right before the exit. you see candace pointing to an empty backyard, saying stuff like "but it was right here! and it was huge!" as phineas and ferb sit under the tree and address the guests. if you're far enough away from the last room, perry can be sitting under them being cute.

the exit queue has posters for dwampyverse stuff, like "love handel reunion", "doctor zone: the movie", the og rollercoaster poster, etc.

you exit in a gift shop where you can buy perry the platypus inaction figure (he doesn't do anything!) and big sticks

lastly,

you know when rides break down or stop for a sec and you get in-character voiceovers telling you to stay seated or w/e? i think we should have three that loop: one of doof giving a basic spiel, one of milo murphy being like "yeah i went on the ride. sorry about that. it should start working soon lol" and one where literally the whole thing is candace yelling "NO MOM I SWEAR IT'S A WORKING ROLLERCOASTER AND PHINEAS AND FERB BUILT IT! MOM LISTEN–"

You have successfully made me care more about the Fooliverse than ANY canon storyline you've currently got going on rn (Except for Hush and Vega, I'm still very invested in that). Forget the Balance, forget Sovereign State, forget the currently kinda stagnant DAMN storyline, I need more Fooliverse Lore! (Note: mildly hyperbolic, I do want Erik to push major storylines, but with the new schedule they're gonna take ages)

Like each character we've gotten so far have been so fun, but with them comes so many questions about the universe around them. For example (this is your final chance to escape, its a long one):

What's the rest of the DAMN crew like? Are they all complete opposites of their canon counterparts, and if not what stays the same. Gavin although quiet and submissive, still very much enjoys sex and partaking in it when he wants like in canon. So what about the others? Is Huxley less friendly in this AU, is he rude or just an actual loner that gave up on making real friends? Is he smarter or still a bit goofy? What about Lasko and Damien, what are their differences? Is Damien a member of staff or is Lasko a really extroverted student? Where's Kody in all this? Is he still a mild extremist or is he actually a cool dude? Maybe he's a jock unlike Huxley??? Like I'M SO INVESTED!

What's going on with the rest of the Rebaine Clan? Where was Marie when Milo's dad drunk himself to death and Milo got lost in the system? Was she an absent mother or was she just not related to Milo at all? Is she in the Rebaine Clan or is she the Queen of a Clan of her own? Where. Are. The Solaires?!?! I have to know if Vincent is still a human who survived The Surge and is just living life, or never got on in the first place. Did he ever meet Lovely, did he die on The Surge and not get saved? Was he born a Vamp, turned by William still, or someone else? Is William a minor Duke or something or still a King but not as important? What about being one of those High Council Vamps Milo mentioned? Is he even around? We know Porter is, like did Demetri save him, get Porter indebted to him, or was Porter born a Vamp and just joined the Clan??? And how close is the Clans relationship with the Talbot Pack. Like yeah their friends of the Clan, but to the same level as in canon, or more? Or less? We know Asher is more serious in this AU being the Alpha, so what's his relationship with Milo??? Are they close friends, or reluctant allies on a personal level? IS MILO STILL SHORT?!?! These are the questions we need answered

James we know is a stoner and that he doesn't see himself as a good person. Is he still part of ETS, doing stuff that doesn't sit well with him to the point he smokes to get away? Does he even have a job currently? Why does he feel like he's not a good/kind person? What did he do? Maybe it's just his personality this AU... But if James isn't part of ETS and Anton is in the Pack, who's running Project Meridian? Is the project even needed, cause if the Miridian is OK in this AU, maybe the company that would do it is just sticking to normal science projects (whatever that means). Where's Marcus in all this, is he still a weirdo, but in a different font? Maybe he's just a dude too, living life, or maybe Asset is just a person and they actual love Marcus and they live together with no issues... GOD this is so unfair that I don't know 😫

And more on Anton, we know he is a member of the Talbot Pack. It's cute he's so fun and carefree, not wondering when he'll see his Love again. He's flourishing in the Talbot Pack! I'm guessing he's just an ordinary member, but is he part of security (if the Pack still does that) or does he do his own thing. Maybe he's a stay-at-home partner, I wonder if he's still responsible somewhat to maintain the house easily or if he's completely a menace on that front.

What. Happened. To. Guy??? Cause why's my Guy so depressed? Is he still sharing an apartment with Mikayla, but Honey isn't there, so its sapping him of all his happiness? Did he confess but Honey was like "nah" and he's completely defeated in life. Maybe Guy tried to do more with his writing degree but it's not working out and him delivering pizza on the size is really knocking his motivation? What if he's just like that and things are a-ok overall. Maybe he barely reacted to Anton' wolf for cause he knows about magic (accidently or not) and is completely disillusioned about life cause "why are things still shit if magic exists" so he just doesn't care??? You can't leave me hanging like this Erik!!!

More on the Pack, DAVID IS OPENLY CALLED DAVEY! First, that's so fucking cute as hell, but I gotta know is it an inside joke, did Angel push for this, or maybe is naturally evolved and David doesn't mind anyone calling him that. Curious to see which one it is. We at least know based on his personality he's not highly likely to hate on it. Secondly, HIS DAD'S ALIVE (and seems to call his son for tech help lol). That's so sweet! ☺️ Shows how different he would be with his dad still around. And finally, damn he's such a sweetheart, and Angel is still a menace but a grumpy one instead. Its hot how he wants them to take the lead, begs for it even.

Overall love how cute he is in this, makes me question what his dynamic would be interacting with Milo in this universe. In fact, I wanna see more of his and Asher's best friend relationship in this AU. With their personalities, I feel like it would be really chill. Anyway, who is the Beta? It's not Davey and it doesn't seem to be Anton, so who is it? Maybe, it actually is Darlin like some people have been theorising. (Oh god Where's Sam in all this???) Or maybe Christian, which also makes me guess what the dynamic between him and Asher is like. Maybe it's not so different to his canon interactions with Alpha David.

And a side note, Alpha Asher just can't catch a break, it's like being the Alpha of this Pack curses you to be gruff and broody no matter what universe it happens in. At least no one close to him has actually died or something like in The Imperium. Unless if one or both of his parents died for him to become a grumpy Alpha!!! Who knows, its up for headcannon to decide. Mildly bummed out that we don't get a full vid or even an Asher cameo in this AU. A few references on his seemingly responsible lifestyle and kinda gruff character by other people is not enough. GIVE ME MORE OF THE FOOLIVERSE PUPPY!!! (Respectfully)

If you got to the end I sincerely apologise, you shouldn't have done that, but know you know the thoughts that have plagued my brain about this AU. Whilst there were some lighthearted demands in there just know they were all made in good faith and is just an indicator of how much I've enjoyed this AU. Its honestly been so fun and I hope it gets a comeback in some way.

-He will be introduced to Milo. They will hit it off. And they will have a contest strutting their stuff.

-Instead of dreading the constant greetings he has to do, he just turns them into open opportunities to show off Lovely.

-Ok ya'll know the "Please. We saved half the universe together, I think we're beyond you calling me 'sir'" Line from No Way Home. That's him and David. It doesn't matter who is who, it both works.

-Istg this man tries everything in his power to get a reaction out of Sam, every time he's conversing with some old vamp. Whether that is mocking his cold expression or taunting how he isn't the one in his position. (Sam gets payback dw)

-Ok so halfway thru the night, Tank and Lovely hit it off pretty well, both menaces, so it wasn't a surprise. Since Lovely and Vincent planned to dip anyway, they asked Sam and Tank to tag along. Yes it had to take some convincing but Samuel couldn't say no to THREE puppy dog eyes (I know only one of them is a shifter, but yk what i mean) All four of them went to Dairy Queen, Vincent originally driving before Sam made him pullover so he could take the wheel. Milo wanted to come but when Tank had proposed the idea to him, he caught a glimpse of David giving him a death glare, so he stayed.

Personally, I think all of the demon boys can speak any language used on Earth. Like imagine Gavin travelling to Spain for example. Considering how big he is on consent and for simplicity sake, he would need to be able to speak Spanish to communicate with those he wants to feed on.

Do all demons use this? No. I'm pretty sure Vega's words just get translated into the person's native language on the rare occasions he does communicate with people.

Outside of the d(a)emons? Oh here we go.

This could just be me pushing a French Baabe agenda, but they give off the vibe of knowing another language. And as soon as Angel finds out, they immediate want Baabe to hold onto that card for whenever they need to lay the smack into Christian.

Sweetheart is another one, but I think they needed to learn multiple languages for their job. (Same with Cutie. Probably Cutie even more so since people think in their native language, and if they need to investigate someone mind, language barriers would be a pain in the ass.) Sweetheart would purposefully mistranslate words to people, just for shits and giggles. Even better if it's Milo.

But idk if any of the wolf boyos would hide it since theyve all known each other since they were kids. I also don't think they would mess with each other's mates to that extent.

Lovely and Vincent though? Those two would totally fuck with each other or other clan members when it comes to languages. Sam would probably give them the silent treatment after the fifth time in one afternoon. It got to be too much.

I feel like Huxley thought Lasko was speaking a different language when they first met simply from how fast our local fan company was talking. Especially since Huxley's speed of talking is much slower.

this is really long!!

i really like your post cause i feel the same way! i feel like if your stories are gonna go in a darker direction go for it! and make what your characters do fit for their personalities. angel and david even becoming a couple doesn’t make sense to me (same with FL and gavin), bright and fred should have been continued. i almost want a redo of everything because it needs to be tweaked. maybe not make david such a dick, extend some of these stories (slow burns be slow burns. having a lot of characters will make the slow burn seem forever but idc make it actually be one)

and alexis annoys. we have 3 people complain about her and not either listener pry for more information or even get a cameo of her. i can only see her as “i tried to save someone and now everyone fucking hates me. i feel bad cause i did it but i was scared” a car wreck is a big thing and i think sam said he had something in his chest so yeah she’s gonna do the first thing that comes to mind.

i agree about thé vamps ages. if they’re gonna mention their turnings it should be more “oh if you wanna here how it happened” versus them still feeling the ramifications of it. they both are going on mid 30s to early 40s. sam and vincent seem to have a bond. i’m not saying trauma leaves you at some point but it has happened and shouldn’t be always on the front burner (if that makes sense).

bright and fred are still canonically there but no storyline. have a solely platonic storyline made me so happy because as much as i love caelum i don’t want to be friends with someone who is supposed to be seen as like 10. and seeing the power change in friends and them having to overcome it would be amazing. and it would have been a chance for sam to have growth too because that dude was an asshole to bright when they had a one-on-one talk.

milo and the inversion annoyed me. dumbass plan. and if anyone needed to die it was him. i love him soooo much but with that plan it would have killed him with the way he explained. and if he wanted to keep him at least take the ability to shift away. make him face a consequence that already fit into his insecurities. (people in the pack should have died too considering they were the security and helping/protecting people so it was weird how not even one person didn’t die, making amanda “leave” doesn’t count)

geordi and cuties audios are basically only angst (excluding HBS and HBW). i want at least a cute audio or two between them because telepathy could be cool and geordi has mentioned that they can look silly in public together when talking in their heads.

i want more of The Balance (Blake/Elliott/Sunshine/etc) but it’s the one we’re getting the least of :/ i want to know why Blake is doing what he is doing to them, what is up with his listener/best friend because why did he take them to that meeting.

i love the antagonists of the series but mainly for how they sound and their potential. (same goes for all characters. i prefer drawing them and tweaking them to my preference to how the story could be better)

i hope now he doesn’t look at any fan redacted stuff, gets an editor or beta reader, and more since he’s growing a lot. i feel like if you’re gonna have a story with stuff like this then doing it right and have other people who don’t watch your content help you. (freelancer story annoys me to no end)

i didn’t know where to add and idk if i already mentioned this but imo don’t try to use SA as a stand in for anything. SA is SA period. all the vamp stuff is about taking away consent and the choice to live. kody is terrible with the bridging and i feel like it could have been explained better. also feel like kody didn’t need to be there 🤷‍♀️

i have a lot of feelings on the stories even if i like some of the characters. i half the time forget how they are/were because of how i changed it in my mind.

I also almost want a redo of everything, but at the moment i don’t trust Redacted’s writing abilities as i think they’ve gotten worse, i think he’d just make a lot of his earlier stuff worse 💀 The fact that we don’t even have a cameo of Alexis is incredibly annoying. What the fuck. If youre gonna make her out to be some heathen, at least show us. Or idk, subvert our expectations and make her far more sweet and kind than other people talk about her (not likely) Yeah i hope i didn’t come off as saying that like... trauma wouldn’t still be there, like as a person with trauma i am well aware of how it works lmao. I didn’t want it to be something that was on the front burner, at least not with the way that the clan and the ages of the vamps are currently written One of the reasons i think i would have liked to see Bright and Fred stay is because we could have seen Sam grow into a good maker. Would have been a good part of his story seeing as his own maker is written to be shit. Also, yeah, i wish we had more platonic stories. Not like pack mates or an emotional support, like genuine affectionate mutual friendship. Like.... the way that Elliot and Sunshine were in their first video. The gentle teasing about the grocery store dream, the platonic cuddling, the playful smacks, all of it was just really nice. I wish Inversion had consequences SO badly!!! Milo dying or never being able to shift again (or at least make the issue last more than two videos for fucks sake), Asher in a coma or something, Amanda dead, that one pack member actually losing their leg, David and the pack having a more tarnished reputation because of his choice to close the ward. Xavier dying was stupid. We talked to him once and heard his name once or twice, he should have killed another one of the DAMN boys. Especially because it would have been a more emotionally impactful moment having Gavin watch someone he knew and cared for die in front of him instead of someone he barely knew (so maybe Lasko???). I genuinely dont understand why Geordi’s regular audios are just angst thus far. Can i have the two of them being cute? Looking ridiculous in public? i dont know, develop the relationship before you show me conflict between them so that i actually care about it a decent amount?? I also want more of the Balance, i love Brachium and Elliot, and Blake is an interesting character to say the least. I also love a lot of the antagonists, i just love bad men <3 I sure hope he doesn’t look at a bunch of fan stuff, he seems to be easily swayed by the opinions of his fans. He needs an impartial beta/editor. Personally, i feel like the situation could be handled in a way that wasn’t offensive, but it’d have to be drastically different from how it was. If i ever talk about how i would change some of his content, i will definitely be addressing Kody’s situation. I really hate consuming content outside of the original media to understand the story/lore or whatever. I’m sorry, but if i have to consume a seperate video explaining lore, i’m just not even gonna consider it canon. Put it in a regular video (explictly state it, imply it, or show us with actions and whatnot), or it’s not canon. (I hate when creators do stuff like that, like.... they’ll tweet about lore or characterization and fans will be like “canon!!!” No one should have to consume extra lore videos, a comic, and follow the creator on some social media account to understand the story.) with a nod of agreement, there’s a comfort in knowing that he wouldn’t miss time with her. granted, it would mean that he’s working through all of it, but if tori didn’t mind so much and wanted to be there, he wouldn’t try to deter her either. except of course, if it began to get too late. the last thing he wanted was to find himself worrying about her as she went home. hadn’t she mentioned that she knew aiden and they’d been friends for a while? maybe he could call him, persuade him to make sure she ended up safe…

taking in the length of the beach and just how far they’d gotten – and still having no idea where he’d abandoned his sneakers earlier on – milo takes advantage of holding tori’s hand to gently turn her into a spin, facing back the way they came. he brings her in close to his side, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and huffs playfully. “some people would call that bullyin’, ya know. take it to heart and everythin’,” he pouts, putting his now free hand to his chest, even with a grin on his face.

“c’mon, let’s retrace our steps, find my fuckin’ sneakers and then go back where it’s light. save shell searchin’ for another day when we can see the quality ones, yeah?”

“i dare you, booker.” she challenged with a mischievous smirk, before she rolled her eyes at his glare. tori held up her index finger. “firstly, van helsing is one of my favorites, right after the underworld films so don’t start think i’m lacking in vampiric cinema taste just yet. secondly, the garret comment was in fact a compliment because in the last movies? he truly was the best vampire in my opinion. lee pace never misses.” she countered with a dramatic sniff. though in reality, she’d never read the books, only seen the films…to see what the hype had been about, and to answer the question of which team she was. neither, in her opinion.

at his response to her question she flashed him a pleased smile, coupling it with a quick nod. “great. and hey i don’t mind if you get pulled away babes, so long as i get to at the very least say hi. plus, upside is you’re getting paid for the time we’re hanging out.” she chuckled. in fact, though she may not admit it, she did look forward to the times when she visited the diner to eat on milo’s shifts. it was a bright spot in her day.

listen, obviously tori hadn't known milo for very long...but what she had gotten to know about him she could see clear as day were qualities that anyone would be stupid not to like. so to hear how he talked about himself in that tense, for the moment, when she never wanted anyone her life to think of themselves as anything less than amazing...well she'd do what she could to let him know otherwise. and now that they'd become friends, milo fit into that category of near aggressive encouragement for self love and appreciation.

at his words, dark eyes rolled playfully as she breathlessly laughed. "who're you calling a dumbass, numbskull?" she snorted, before smirking. "but thanks, i guess."
